Результаты конкурса «инновационный» пирог с капустой
01.01.2013 Пришло на мой электронный адрес сообщение от организаторов «Зворыкинского проекта»!
Уважаемые участники «Зворыкинского проекта»!
В первый же рабочий день 2013 года
хотим предложить вам и в особенности всем компетентным изобретателям
поучаствовать в конкурсе от известного российского общественного и
государственного деятеля, идеолога кафе пекарни «Ешьпирог» Василия Якеменко.
Пироговая "Ешьпирог"
- новое и, в чем-то, уникальное кафе. Современные технологии
изготовления пирогов тесно сочетаются с рецептами и интерьерами старой
Руси. Все пироги изготавливаются вручную из экологически чистых
российских ингредиентов.
Василий решил обратиться к
участникам «Зворыкинского проекта» с просьбой помочь ему модернизировать
существующую технологию или придумать новую, при которой бы начинка из
пирога с капустой НЕ ВЫВАЛИВАЛАСЬ.
Вознаграждение за решение данной проблемы – 300 тыс. руб.
ТЗ на «инновационный» пирог с капустой следующее:
Описание:
Есть пирог с капустой, прямоугольной формы. По краям тесто, внутри начинка.
Проблема:
Начинка при разрезании пирога выпадает, есть его неудобно.
Задача:
Изменить форму, рецептуру или технологию, чтобы при любом разрезании пирога начинка не выпадала. Вес пирога 2кг.
